How do I change my registered course?
Send an email to email@example.com and place topic of your concern in the subject area of the email.
How often are we assessed to monitor student growth?
Students are provided short pre and posttest to monitor student learning and academic achievement, daily.
Who do I contact to ask my instructor a question or to receive support?
The instructor will provide you an email address and possibly a phone number and CC firstname.lastname@example.org.
Am I required to participate in the class?
Instructors monitor student engagement, responses, and daily assessments. Participation will benefit student learning.
How do I login to the interactive lessons?
You will be provided a username and a password.
How many semesters in a year?
There are 2 semesters in 1 school year.
May I register anytime of the year?
Yes, you may register anytime of the year.
What if I am absent of an interactive class?
No, worries! The interactive class will be recorded and accessible for 7-10 days.
How do I know the course schedule and the assignment(s) due dates?
A schedule will be provided in the course room after the student signs in.
What web browser is compatible with Cik12 web portal?
The newest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari etc. are compatible. Remember to refresh when experiencing a technical issue. Send an email to email@example.com , if issue continues.
I don’t see my course listed, although I registered. What shall I do?
